Keystone Resort celebrates the New Year with special events from Keystone Lake to the top of North Peak.

New Year’s Eve Concert Featuring Hit List
Ring in 2011 with Colorado’s favorite tribute band, Hit List. Revelers will be on their feet and dancing to covers of popular songs downstairs in the Keystone Adventure Center located in the Lakeside Village. Guests 21 years of age and older may purchase tickets for $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Doors open at 9 p.m., band plays at 9:30 p.m. 
 
Parade and Fireworks
A torchlight parade lights up River Run at 8:30 p.m. Fireworks grace the sky above Keystone Lake at both 6 and 10:30 p.m. allowing the little ones to participate in the celebrations before heading to bed.

High atop Keystone’s North Peak
Ring in the New Year at nearly 12,000 feet at the Der Fondue Chessel or at the AAA, Four Diamond rated Alpenglow Stube. The Alpenglow Stube features a live Jazz Trio and party favors. For children 12 and under at Der Fondue Chessel can dine for a special rate of $35 for New Year’s Eve.
 
Family Dinner Buffet at the Edgewater Café
Guests enjoy a buffet dinner for the whole family at the Keystone Lodge and Spa’s Edgewater Café and receive free ice skate rentals. The cost is $26.95 for adults, $13.95 for children 5 -12, and kids younger than five are free. Menu items include grilled Bistecca steaks with Italian herbs and garlic over roasted new potatoes and holiday desserts from Keystone’s Executive Pastry Chef, Ned Archibald.

Ice Skating Party at Keystone Adventure Center
Bring the whole family to the Keystone Ice Rink and skate with Frosty from 5– 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and stay to watch the fireworks overhead. The Adventure Center will be selling hot dogs, chicken fingers, fries, popcorn, sodas, hot chocolate & spirits.    
 
Mouthwatering Chocolate Village- Made from an awe-inspiring 2,500 lbs. of Chocolate!
Every holiday season, Keystone chef Ned Archibald sculpts 2,500 pounds of chocolate into a miniature alpine village complete with a massive chocolate mountain, a working chocolate gondola, a cascading chocolate waterfall and a 6-foot white chocolate Christmas tree with hand-blown sugar ornaments. The Chocolate Village is located in the lobby of the Keystone Lodge and Spa throughout the holidays.
