Experience Summer at Keystone Resort
At Keystone, you can have it all: Between the two award-winning golf courses, nearly sixty miles of the best mountain biking terrain in the country, scenic hiking, horseback riding, fly-fishing, whitewater rafting, festivals, films and concerts. All for a great value for guests looking to have a Rocky Mountain getaway this summer. Then, wind down with a treatment at the new environmentally friendly, luxury spa at the Keystone Lodge and enjoy dinner at any one of our fine dining establishments which includes two, four diamond restaurants and a restaurant which was once a stagecoach stop in the 1800’s.  

 
Three for Free with Keystone Lodging
Keystone Resort offers a Three for Free program for all guests staying at Keystone Resort properties. Three for Free provides Keystone guests with an array of free and discounted activities to help them experience the Rocky Mountains. Activities include free scenic wagon ride, free nine holes of golf on day of arrival, free food and wine tasting, and a free paddleboat rental in Lakeside Village.
 
Summer Tubing on the Snow at Adventure Point! 
One of Colorado's best tubing spots is at the summit of Dercum Mountain at Adventure Point has extended its season into the summer! With a good pitch and long runout, the park’s four tubing lanes deliver fast fun and entertainment for the entire family. Summer Tubing runs until July 11, 2011, weather permitting.

 
Keystone Golf: Par for the Course 
Keystone boasts two championship courses in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The Ranch and River Courses cater to golfers of all abilities and Keystone offers golf clinics and programs for all ages and skill levels. Receive a free round of golf after 4pm, when you book Keystone managed lodging.
 
Keystone Ranch Course
Challenge yourself and take your game to a higher level on this classic mountain golf course. Winding through lodgepole pines, around sage meadows and across a nine-acre lake, this par-72 golf course features slight elevation changes and many bunkers. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Keystone Ranch Golf Course follows the legendary links-style of a Scottish course on the front nine, while the back nine presents a traditional mountain valley layout. Total yardage is 5,582 - 7,090.
 
Keystone River Course
This par-71, Hurdzan-Fry course brings an element of drama to your game. The par-35 front nine is oriented around the path of the Snake River and the par-36 back nine winds through a lodgepole pine forest. Impressive elevation changes, variable bunkers, water hazards, and five sets of tees on each hole combine to challenge golfers of all abilities. The 16th hole features a 194-foot elevation drop from tee to green and the scenic 18th hole offers 12 bunkers and spectacular views of Lake Dillon. Add to that the magnificent views of snow-capped peaks and wildlife and it’s easy to see this is a golfing experience unlike any other. Total yardage is 4,762 - 6,886.

Kids Golf Free in the Afternoon: Kids golf free at Keystone every afternoon with a paying adult at both of Keystone’s award-winning courses – The River Course at Keystone and the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Free golf is offered after 5 p.m. all season long for kids age 17 and under depending on availability. 

Experience the Best Downhill Mountain Biking in the U.S.  
Keystone Resort is the premier mountain biking destination in the U.S. and provides the most exciting and unforgettable downhill experiences for all ability levels in the country. Keystone offers 57 trails on approximately 55 miles of terrain. The trails at Keystone are designed to appeal to beginners and advanced bikers by providing easier or more technical routes through the trail system. For advanced riders, Keystone boasts the Drop Zone, a terrain-park-like area on the mountain featuring ramps, rock ledges and a 14-foot jump called “Jaws”. The Park also offers innovative features like tabletops, ladders, bridges and berms that give all guests a thrill.

 
Rafting Colorado Rivers 
Keystone has teamed up with the best in the business to give families and guests of all ability levels an exceptional Colorado River adventure. Guests will experience rafting at its finest and choose from a relaxing float trip or a heart-pounding whitewater adventure.  Full day, half day and overnight trips are available as well as transportation and lunch options.

 
Horseback riding in the Colorado Rockies
Horseback riding is one of the most scenic ways to see Keystone. With one and two-hour sessions available daily as well as overnight rides upon request, the Keystone Stables provide an old west experience for the whole family.

Kid’s Discovery Days, June 28–Aug. 10, 11am
June 28 and July 5, 12, 19, 26, Aug. 2, 9. Tuesdays. Explore fun at the Kid’s Discovery Days. Watch a magic show, see zoo animals or sing a-long with our musician. The entertainer changes every Tuesday so make sure to come to everyone! It’s fun, it’s free, it’s Kids’ Discovery. Free parking will be available at the River Run lots, located just off Gondola Road.
  
Keystone Kidtopia Music Festival, June 25 & 26, 2011
Come to a festival designed just for kids! Keystone Kidtopia comes back for the summer season featuring family friendly music. This summer, River Run at Keystone is bringing back Kidtopia for the summer months; live music, an international marketplace, artwork, and delicious cuisine and cold beverages. 
 
Kidtopia Kids Fest, June 25; July 16, 30; Aug 13, 11am
Saturdays. It’s time to have some fun! Bring your family and get back into some good old family times. Enjoy gold panning, petting zoo, train rides, caricatures, face painter, balloon artist, midway games, spin art, kids’ show, bounce houses and much, much more!
   
River Run Rocks, July 2, 2011, 4pm
River Run is ready to rock! Come and enjoy a free concert! A kids’ game zone will keep the young ones busy while you enjoy the music. Beverages, alcohol and food sold á la carte. Free parking will be available at the River Run Lots, located just off Gondola Road.
 
4th of July: Kid’s Bike Parade and Kidtopia Fest, July, 4
River Run is celebrating our nation’s birthday with flare.  Bring your bike, tricycle, or wagon and join us for our popular annual bike parade. The bike decoration party starts promptly at 9:30 am. Then line up for the annual bike parade at 10:00 am. Children will receive decorations for their bikes and must be present to receive the decorations. Parents are invited to join the fun and encouraged to bring their own decorations. Don't miss this Fourth of July tradition in Keystone's River Run Village.
  
15th Annual Bluegrass and Beer Festival Aug. 6 & 7, 2011
Keystone brings the wonders of Appalachia to the Rockies. Down-home cooking, frothy flavors and mountain-music are just a piece of the pie. In a whirlwind of hillbilly luxuries, folks gather while more than 25 of Colorado's finest micobreweries showcase their unique blends of hops and barley. Kid’s activities and bounce houses are open for the kids all day. 
 
Dancin' in the Rockies Dance Series, July 5-26; Aug. 2-30  
On Tuesday nights in August, the new Warren Station at Keystone in Keystone's River Run Village hosts a brand new dance series. Grab your favorite dance partner and join us Tuesdays in July and August to learn a different dance style. Local and Front Range dance instructors and performers will provide free lessons in swing, line, salsa and tango. The final Tuesday in August will culminate into Summit County's Biggest Dance Party. All abilities, ages and dance lovers are welcome! Lessons are free and open to the public.
 
Friday Summer Concert Series, July 1, 8, 15, 29
Check out Warren Station in River Run Village for Friday night concerts in July. Each Friday will feature different artists and bands from around the country. Great entertainment for the whole family in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Warren Station at Keystone hosts a comedy series that will leave you laughing out loud. Join us each Friday night in August as Warren Station in Keystone presents award-winning comics from all across the country. Stand up may not be suitable for kids. Mountain States Cup, Aug. 22–24, 2011
The Mountain States Cup (MSC) is the largest full-discipline (endurance and gravity) race series in the United States. In 2010, the Mountain States Cup held 36 races over nine weekends all across the Rocky Mountain. This event draws World-Cup caliber athletes that are drawn to the challenging courses and great Colorado atmosphere.
 
7th Annual Blues Festival and Art Show Aug. 20–21
Savvy Blues stretches its acoustic roots through the Rocky Mountains. Grab a beverage, try one of many delicious food dishes, and stroll through the juried art show as one of a kind artists trim the plaza. Free kids activities and more round out this day of bluesy fun for the whole family.
 
23rd Annual Taste of Keystone Sept. 4
Bring a hearty appetite and prepare your taste buds for the best culinary event of the summer! The Taste of Keystone is a perfect opportunity to sample a wide variety of cuisine from Keystone's best restaurants including: Ski Tip Lodge, Keystone Ranch, and The Bighorn Steakhouse. Top it all off with the finest sweet treats from acclaimed pastry chef Ned Archibald.
