Vail Mountain Opens for Daily Summer Operations and Activities on Thursday, June 20

Vail, Colo. – June 17, 2013– Vail Mountain, the largest ski resortin the United States, opens for daily summer operations on Thursday, June 20 beginning at 10 a.m. Gondola One in Vail Village and the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead will both be operating daily through Sept. 2 for scenic rides and bike hauls.  (more)

Gondola One Open for Bike Hauls this Weekend, June 14-16

VAIL, Colo. – June 12, 2013 – Gondola One at Vail Mountain, the largest ski resortin the United States, will be open for scenic rides and bike hauls out of Vail Village this weekend, June 14-16. Open trails will include Berrypicker and Fireweed up to the top of Gondola One for hiking, and portions of Hank’s Hideaway, Fred’s Lunch, Lionsdown, Cubs Way, Gitalong Road, Big Mamba and Onza Alley for mountain biking.

Vail’s Gondola One Opens for Scenic Rides this Weekend, June 7-9

VAIL, Colo. – June 5, 2013 – Vail Mountain, the largest ski resortin the United States, will open Gondola One in Vail Village for scenic rides this weekend, June 7-9, during the GoPro Mountain Games. Guests are reminded that due to the events taking place, bike hauls will not be permitted for the weekend.
